Kimbap Night// “Korean Sushi”, Healthy Seaweed Rolls

Chill dinner time! Spicy tuna and Spicy chicken kimbap rolls.

Ingredients:

  • Tuna with mayonnaise/ or chicken with chilli
  • 2 eggs, cooked like an omelette (pepper + salt), cut in stripes
  • One julienne carrot
  • Spring onions (as many rolls as you are making, 3 rolls – 3 stalks)
  • Grated Cheese (optional – Added only in the tuna rolls)
  • Other options (fake crab meat, spam, spinach, lettuce leafs)
Ate it with some garlic rosemary pasta because that is what I craved that night 🙂
